Non-custodial DeFi asset management
DeFi yield, run from a vault only you own.
DeFina runs diversified yield strategies across USD, BTC and ETH from a Safe multisig in your name. An on-chain policy lets us deploy capital to approved protocols, and never lets us move it anywhere else.
- Target net APY
- ≥ 20% Target, not guaranteed
- Client-owned custody
- 100% Assets stay in your Safe
- Minimum allocation
- $50K Strategy dependent
- Monitoring
- 24/7 Automated containment
Built for capital that cannot afford surprises.
Pooled DeFi vaults ask depositors to trust a curator. DeFina replaces most of that trust with structure: your assets stay segregated, our permissions are enforced on-chain, and everything is visible.
Segregated
Every client has a separate Safe. No pooled vault, so no exposure to anyone else’s positions, withdrawals or losses.
Permissioned
What DeFina may do is written into an on-chain policy you sign. Anything outside it reverts. It is enforced by code, not by our promises.
Observable
Every position and transaction is on-chain and mirrored in your portal in real time, with daily NAV and full history.
$250,000 arrives in your Safe.
You send USDC to a Safe whose only owners are you and your signers. Nothing has moved yet, and nothing can move without the policy.

We manage your capital. We never hold it.
Your Safe, your keys. DeFina operates through a narrow on-chain role that can move funds only between protocols you have approved, and only back into your Safe.

Calls outside the policy revert on-chain. Recipients in every allowed call are pinned to your Safe.

Eight sources of yield, each with a known risk budget.
From sovereign yield to market-neutral carry to capped venture exposure. Every strategy has a defined return source, liquidity profile, failure mode and safeguard, so your allocation is a deliberate choice.
Stablecoin Money Markets
Supply stablecoins to over-collateralised lending markets and earn borrower interest, with positions spread across venues to cap protocol exposure.

- What can go wrong
- Smart-contract risk, stablecoin de-peg, utilisation spikes
- Our safeguard
- Max share per market; exit queued if utilisation stays above 95%.
Protocols named are examples of the universe we research, not current holdings. Availability depends on mandate, size and jurisdiction.
Break the market. Watch what each portfolio does.
Pick a crisis. The same capital, the same base yield, two structures: a pooled vault without hard limits, and a DeFina mandate. Every assumption is written under the chart.
The exit threshold is what turns a 4% loss into a fraction of a percent.
What DeFina did
- Day 5Peg < 0.995: new deposits into affected markets frozen
- Day 6Peg < 0.980: guardian exit, position returned to Safe
Model assumptions
- Pooled vault: 40% allocated to markets using the de-pegging collateral; bad debt is socialised and withdrawals queue.
- DeFina: 18% exposure (below the 40% de-peg limit); guardian exits at 0.98 with 0.3% slippage.
- Both earn a 12% APR base yield on unaffected capital.
- Illustrative model built to show how structure changes outcomes. It is not a backtest, a forecast or a promise.
Nothing enters a mandate until it earns its place.
Every protocol, market and collateral asset is scored before a dollar is deployed, and re-scored when anything material changes. A weighted pass mark is not enough: one weak dimension disqualifies.

- Admin keys & upgradeability 20%85
- Time in market & incidents 15%95

Protocol due diligence
Every venue is scored before capital is deployed: independent audits, time in market, TVL depth, admin-key and timelock design, oracle setup and incident history.
Hard exposure limits
Position caps per protocol, chain, strategy and counterparty, so a single failure is contained to a small part of the portfolio.
De-peg & oracle monitoring
Continuous monitoring of stablecoin pegs, collateral health factors and oracle deviations, with pre-defined escalation thresholds.
Liquidity stress testing
We size positions against realistic exit scenarios and test how quickly each can be unwound in stressed markets.
Automated de-risking
Trigger-based tooling reduces or exits positions when risk limits are breached, so protection does not depend on someone being awake.
Cover where available
Where smart-contract cover is available and worth its cost, it can be added to a mandate. Cover reduces risk; it never removes it.
When markets break, the plan is already signed.
Containment actions are pre-authorised on-chain, so the response to a de-peg or exploit starts in minutes, not after a meeting. Replay a simulated de-peg below.

Questions investors ask us first.
DeFina is a non-custodial DeFi asset manager. Your capital stays in a Safe you own, and we run a diversified set of yield strategies on it — money markets, delta-neutral basis, liquidity provision, staking and more — within limits you approve.
Our target is a net APY of at least 20% across USD, BTC and ETH mandates, depending on strategy mix and market conditions. This is a target, not a promise: returns are variable, can be lower, and you can lose some or all of your capital.
You do. Each client has a dedicated Safe multisig whose only owners are you and your chosen signers. DeFina operates through an on-chain role that can move funds only between protocols you approved and only back into your Safe. You can remove that role at any time.
Monitors watch every position around the clock. Containment is pre-authorised: a guardian key can exit affected positions back into your Safe within minutes, without waiting for approvals. You are notified in the portal and by email, and a written post-mortem follows. Losses can still occur if an exploit is faster than any exit.
Through protocol due diligence, hard exposure limits, de-peg and oracle monitoring, liquidity stress tests, automated de-risking and, where available, smart-contract cover. The Risk section explains each one.
The minimum allocation is $50,000. Some strategies require more; we confirm the exact figure for your mandate on the first call.
It depends on the strategy. Some positions offer same-day liquidity, others are fixed-term or locked. Terms are agreed in writing before you invest.
Liquidity is deposited into decentralised pools to earn fees and incentives. Our tooling keeps positions in productive price ranges while limiting impermanent loss and volatility exposure.
Yes. Positions are visible on-chain in real time, and we provide analytics and periodic reports on yield, exposure, transactions and fees.
We apply KYC / AML checks to all clients and structure onboarding around applicable law. Availability is restricted in some jurisdictions and to eligible investors only.
